Our Projects:

Project Description
Morven’s scope includes the installation of sanitary and storm sewers, which involves concrete manholes, catch basins, pipes, and a stormwater storage chamber system. The service connections to the city sewer mains on Innovation Drive were approximately 5 meters deep, requiring a road closure and localized traffic diversions. Additionally, Morven completed building foundation excavation and backfill, interior upfill, and granular preparation for the concrete slab on grade.
The team also worked on the parking lot and two vehicle entrances, preparing the area for concrete curbs, sidewalks, and a garbage enclosure. Rough grading of the landscape areas, including shaping a swale along the property frontage, was also completed.
After a tenant was secured for the building, Morven was tasked with additional work to facilitate delivery operations. This included creating a specialized truck bay with concrete retaining walls and excavating the rear building exterior to simplify loading and unloading. These changes required further storm pipe and catch basin installations to accommodate the new grading.
