Project Description
With a vision of a residential subdivision, Best & Bash Developments contracted the services of Morven Construction to clear and grub 20 acres of land.
To expedite the project and mitigate disruptions, our team installed a temporary access road and culverts while we cleared all vegetation and roots from the land. Despite inclement weather, we completed the project ahead of schedule.
The first phase of the project now stands cleared and prepared, ready to host the construction of 400 homes.
