Project Description
Morven Construction was hired to complete the remaining civil site works for the Tru by Hilton Gananoque Hotel after successfully bringing water services to the site. Over the course of two months, the project involved finalizing storm sewers, water services, and parking lot excavation. Morven also prepared the granular base for the parking lot, laid out and excavated for concrete curbs and sidewalks, and completed rough grading for landscaping areas.
Following this, the project expanded to include the excavation and grading of two stormwater management ponds, the installation of a block wall for a new fence, and gabion stone placement on a steep slope for erosion control. The final task was supplying topsoil for landscaping areas. Morven Construction managed the civil infrastructure and landscaping elements efficiently, ensuring the hotel site was fully prepared for development.
