Project Description
The Morven team particularly enjoys projects that impact kids and were pleased to complete this project for the Limestone District School Board.
Utilizing the downtime during the students’ summer vacation, this 8-week project included complete drainage improvements at Amherstview Public School. The asphalt area of the school yard required a full reconstruction including regrading and replacement of the underlying granular. New storm sewers were also installed to improve drainage.
Students will love playing on their newly regraded soccer field. Morven also installed field drainage, swales and grass to complete the project. Meanwhile, the existing running track and playground areas were also reinstated. This multi-faceted project was finished in time for students to return to the classroom (and the track & field).
