Project Description

Morven Construction completed a 4-month site work project for a private office building at 705 Arlington Park Drive, Kingston. The scope of work included clearing and grubbing the site, constructing a temporary laydown area for construction materials, and excavating and backfilling for the new building foundations and interior plumbing.

Morven also installed new sanitary, storm, and water services, including a chamber stormwater storage system. Additional tasks included excavation and backfill for utilities, grading, and preparing the site for new parking areas, curbs, and sidewalks. The project was completed efficiently and on time, ensuring the site was fully prepared for the construction of the office building.
