Project Description
Morven is no stranger to Kingston’s busy Gardiners Road area. Since 2015 the team has installed new sanitary sewers, truck loading docks, employee parking areas and delivery truck laneways at a large, industrial building.
The team’s most recent project was constructing two large, additional parking areas for a new tenant. The new asphalt areas also required a granular base, drainage swales, a loading dock and construction of a large truck lane.
Completing this type of work amongst occupied commercial spaces can be an intricate challenge but our team works with professional integrity, striving for the best outcome for all. Morven appreciates the demands and flow of our clients’ businesses and to minimize interruption to daily operations, the paving for this project was completed at night.
